Jim was a young man in his early twenties who was studying to be a carpenter(木匠). He was a good worker, honest and worthy of trust, so his boss was pleased w ith him. As he was such a likable man and easy to deal wi th, he was popular with his workmates, too. They also made fun of him a great deal but he never got angry with them and would only laugh.

同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。

三、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。

四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案

备课时认真钻研教材、教参，学习好大纲，虚心向初中组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课，写好教案。开学一两周后，就去听同年组老师的课，向他们认真学习、取长补短。

上课前都提前到班级做好准备，做好基本的准备工作，调整好状态。课时认真讲课，力求抓住重点，突破难点，精讲精练。运用多种教学方法，从学生的实际出发，注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力，培养学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯，如认真做笔记，课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。

课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导，不明白的耐心讲解，及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多，如单词、课文等，就要求学生一定要过关，没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用时间让学生多进行背诵，培养学习英语的语感。

除了了教学，本人还注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生，包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提，也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。

1.第一、七章是几何部分。这三章的重点是勾股定理的应用以及平行线的性质与判别还有三角形内角和定理及其应用。所以记住性质是关键，学会判定是重点，灵活应用是目的。要学会判定方法的选择，不同图形之间的区别和联系要非常熟悉，形成一个有机整体。对常见的证明题要多练多总结。

2.第四五六章主要是概念的教学，对这几章的考试题型学生可能都不熟悉，所以要以与课本同步的训练题型为主，要列表或作图的，让学生积极动手操作，并得出结论，课堂上教师讲评，尽量是精讲多练，该动手的要多动手，尽可能的让学生自己总结出论证几何问题的常用分析方法。

3.第二章主要是计算，教师提前先把概念、性质、方法综合复习，加入适当的练习，在练习计算。课堂上逐一对易错题的讲解，多强调解题方法的针对性。最后针对平时练习中存在的问题，查漏补缺。

(二)、在自己经历过的解决问题活动中，选择一个最具有挑战问题性的问题，写下解决它的过程：包括遇到的困难、克服困难的方法与过程及所获得的体会，并选择这个问题的原因。

(三)、通过本学期的数学学习，让同学们总结自己有哪些收获;有哪些需要改进的地方。

三、复习方法：

1、强化训练，这个学期计算类和证明类的题目较多，在复习中要加强这方面的训练。特别是一次函数，在复习过程中要分类型练习，重点是解题方法的正确选择同时使学生养成检查计算结果的习惯。还有几何证明题，要通过针对性练习力争达到少失分，达到证明简练又严谨的效果。

2、加强管理严格要求，根据每个学生自身情况、学习水平严格要求，对应知应会的内容要反复讲解、练习，必须做到学一点会一点，对接受能力差的学生课后要加强辅导，及时纠正出现的错误，平时多小测多检查。对能力较强的学生要引导他们多做课外习题，适当提高做题难度。

3、加强证明题的训练，通过近阶段的学习，我发现学生对证明题掌握不牢，不会找合适的分析方法，部分学生看不懂题意，没有思路。在今后的复习中我准备拿出一定的时间来专项练习证明题，引导学生如何弄懂题意、怎样分析、怎样写证明过程。力争让学生把各种类型题做全并抓住其特点。

4、加强成绩不理想学生的辅导，制定详细的复习计划，对他们要多表扬多鼓励，调动他们学习的积极性，利用课余时间对他们进行辅导，辅导时要有耐心，要心平气和，对不会的知识要多讲几遍，不怕麻烦，直至弄懂弄会。

五、复习阶段采取的措施：

1.精心备课上课，针对班级学生出现的错题及所涉及到的重点问题认真挑选试题。

2.对于复习阶段作业的布置，少而精，有针对性，并且很抓订正及改错。

3.在试题的选择上作到面面俱到，重点难点突出，不重不漏。

4.面向全体学生。由于学生在知识、技能方面的发展和兴趣、特长等不尽相同，所以要因材施教。在组织教学时，应从大多数学生的实际出发，并兼顾学习有困难的和学有余力的学生。对学习有困难的学生，要特别予以关心，及时采取有效措施，激发他们学习数学的兴趣，指导他们改进学习方法。减缓他们学习中的坡度，使他们经过努力，能够达到大纲中规定的基本要求。对学有余力的学生，要通过讲授选学内容和组织课外活动等多种形式，满足他们的学习愿望，发展他们的数学才能。

5.重视改进教学方法，坚持启发式，反对注入式。教师在课前先布置学生预习，同时要指导学生预习，提出预习要求，并布置与课本内容相关、难度适中的尝试题材由学生课前完成，教学中教师应帮助学生梳理学习的知识，指出重点和易错点，解答学生复习时遇到的问题，使学生在学习中体会成功，调动学习积极性。

6.改革作业结构减轻学生负担。将学生按学习能力分成几个层次，分别布置难、中、易三档作业，使每类学生都能在原有基础上提高。

20xx—20xx学年担任八年级英语教学，转眼这一学期的工作已接近尾声，回顾这半年的工作，有收获也有不足，下面， 我仅对这一学期以来的工作做一个总结：

一、指导思想

以“英语课程标准”为宗旨，适应新课程改革的需要，面向全体学生，提高学生的人文素养，增强实践能力和创新精神。正确把握英语学科特点，积极倡导合作探究的学习方式。培养学生积极地情感态度和正确的人生价值观，提高学生综合素质，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

二、全期教学总目标

学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。

三、教材简要分析

《新目标英语》八年级（下册），全书共有十个单元，另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

四、学情简要分析

本人教两个教学班，共有学生人数60人。通过一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事，能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息，能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂次序，这给教学带来不少困难。

五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施

一、面向全体学生，注重素质教育。

二、以学生为主体，尊重学生个体差异。

三、采用活动途径，倡导体验与参与。

四、开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。

1、认真专研教材和课标，精心备课，认真上好每一堂课。确定每堂课的基础内容，预备内容和拓展内容，满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

2、充分利用现有的现代化教学设备，加强直观教学，提高课堂效率。

3、多与学生沟通，了解学生学习状况和需求，及时改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

4、积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动，提高学生兴趣。如英语演讲比赛、单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、英语手抄报比赛、学唱英文歌曲，课前五分钟活动等。

5、注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上，培优补差。

6、不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。
