一、实习前言

(一)实习目的

初步认识社会,进一步了解货代以及物流运输组织与管理的相关知识,做到学以致用,把从学校学到的理论知识与实际工作中的实践贯穿起来,从社会实践中,逐步完善自我、发展自我,最终完全融入现实生活当中,做一名言出必行、知识与能力兼备、符合社会主义发展目标的合格大学生。

(二)实习注意事项

3、灵活处理人际关系(同事关系、上下级关系、客户关系)。

二、实习过程

(一)业务熟悉

第一天走进厦门宽敞明亮的办公大楼,心情特别激动,期待着成为其中的一员。当走进办公室的一刹那,就遇见了当时的经理,他带着我们两个人认识了一下公司的业务人员,他们很热情地介绍了自己的职务和姓名,这使得我俩刚到非常温馨。简单聊了几句后就开始介绍我们的工作性质和工作任务安排,最后经理还做了简短的讲话欢迎我们的到来,并祝我们工作顺利。

接下来就是让我们熟悉业务,厦门xx公司专门找了一位业务精英来给我们介绍,从他那里获悉业务的基本内容。我们今后主要做的是联系客户、接洽业务、签订合同、成交货物等几个方面。联系客户就是先与下级客户沟通,问清楚客户是什么产品,规格怎样,价格如何,数量多少,注意事项等;然后再寻找上级客户,说清楚下级客户的要求,若能够满足就签合同。或者进行相反的操作流程,由上到下,其结果一样。公司与上下级客户签完合同就到了运输与交货阶段,风险是无处不在,规避风险是关键,尽可能的完善合同进行规避风险,若仍发生了风险,那就要找到合理的、人性化的处理方式。事后通过同事,我认识了全国公路运输协议、货运的单证该如何填写、其中的注意事项又有哪些等等。

从以上的介绍当中,我深悉业务员工作的艰辛与繁琐,必须处理好每一个细节与环节,否则就会酿成大祸;更艰难的事还有不定期出差,因为我们做的是货运专线,两个地区的业务都要做好。这些更是一个刚出校门的大学生所不熟悉的,因此,要想在最短的时间内适应眼前的工作,就必须付出百倍的努力,做到不怕吃苦,不怕受累,坚持到底。

(二)业务操作

刚才在业务熟悉当中已经作了简单的介绍,那仅是从同事口中获悉,以下是通过实践,自己的体会所得。我公司主要从事乌鲁木齐到克拉玛依的专线货运代理,我们的工作性质就是业务员,前期的主要工作任务就是到乌鲁木齐的各大市场、物流园区(华凌、陶瓷市场、汽配城、机电市场、板材区、美居物流园等)做公司的宣传并联系客户,到最后就是洽谈业务、签定合同。具体业务操作如下,以我们做的第一笔具体业务,也是我们第一天做出的业务为例,简单的介绍一下其过程。

1、建立业务关系

我们主要是通过到各大市场、物流园区(华凌、陶瓷市场、汽配城、机电市场、板材区、美居物流园等)做公司的宣传,与办事处或者个体营业者交换名片,然后将名片反馈回公司,再通过电话联系来确定业务合作关系。他们需要发货的时候,会提前给我们打电话,我们会按照货物的数量联系车。量少的货物会直接送到公司在各大时常附近设立的收货点,要是量大的时候公司会派车去接货。

2、报价与确认

我们会根据货物的价格、规格、含量、数量等具体情况给出具体的价格,因为刚开始对市场的价格了解不够,自己不能报出价格的时候,我们会让经(!)理直接联系客户做出回答或者是客户和经理联系。当经过双方的友好协商对价格达成共识后,接下来又到了下一步签订合同。

3、签订运输合同

签订运输合同这一环节并不是很复杂,只是存在一方要与我公司签订运输合同,也就是货主;签合同要注意的事项有:合同条款要求严谨,责任风险要求划分清楚,违约及补救要求详细明确,纠纷解决办法要求得当得体,合同有效期限等等。商榷了有关运输、装卸、仓储等事宜,还规定在接收到我方的提货通知后要即使提货,否则后果自负。

4、付款与收货

等到货物从货主那里换装完毕后发往目的地后,大约需要一到两天的时间。货物到站后,返回到货通知,同时在目的地提供发货通知,以便双方及时提货。若出现短量现象,应该按照合同条款作出处理。当对方提货是我们会收取运费,当然收取的运费会比给司机的运费要多的多,公司就是从货物运费与司机运费的差价中获取利润。

(三)出差洽谈业务

提到出差,对于很多不经常或没有出过远门的人来说,出差是一种很美好的事情,但是对于一个四处跑业务的业务员来说,出差是一种悲哀。虽说花公司的钱去公费旅游,但是身体是自己的,出差也不是旅游。不管出差有多么残酷,对于一个还没有正式参加工作的大学生来说,算是一件新鲜事,也算是一种考验。刚进公司不久,我就和我的搭档要去克拉玛依出差了,临行前领导千叮咛万嘱咐了一番,做好会谈纪要,要与每个客户交换名片。

此次出差收获很多,与客户谈判技巧,以及各方面的商务礼仪等等,让我感到自己知识的浅薄和对社会的不熟悉。与客户的'商务谈判。首先要建立在业务熟练的基础上,三句话不能离开老本行,什么市场行情、产品信息掌握的都应该非常熟练,不能让对方的问题困住自己,即便真的不知也要礼貌的回复,即显出业务员的修养和素质,也反映出业务员的敬业精神。各方面的礼仪包括很广,例如乘车座次礼仪,商务着装礼仪,送顾客礼物的讲究等等,都有待日后慢慢领悟,要时刻用心去体会,用眼去观察,用耳去聆听,用神去领悟。

(四)人际关系的处理

人际关系的处理是从人出生到死亡都所不能逃避的事情,在我们呱呱坠的那一刹那就要去体会母爱和父爱,等到我们上了学又要去接触老师和同学,等到大学毕业参加工作又要去处理同事关系、上下级关系、客户关系,等到结婚生孩子后,你的身份和责任又发生了变迁,又要面对妻子儿女,其实在此过程中,你也是个处理着邻居关系、亲戚关系、朋友关系等等。总之,关系无处不在,只要你在社会上生存,你就无法逃避,只能慢慢去适应它,处理好了这将是一笔财富,你的前程将是一片光明,否则,你将会被世人所遗弃。

三、实习总结

通过近六个周的实习,我深刻的感受到自己各方面的不足,从学校里学到的知识的确不少,但是来厦门xx物流公司后发现用处不大,一切都得从头开始。即便这样,我工作的非常开心,整日弥漫在工作的气氛当中,使我的神经放松,我知道工作的过程中会遇到很多困难,但我相信前途是光明的,机会总会给那些准备充分的人。实习期间我收获颇丰,商务礼仪的实践运用,例如待人接物的方式、商务人士的着装等。
