Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one can achieve anything when faced with hardships. This truth seems to be self-evident. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

1、对于大多数的职位，英语已非专业技能，而是必备的职业素质，自然被企业普遍地采用为招聘考察项目。

2、对于惯于批量招聘应届毕业生的企业，他们招收应届生大多并非为填补现有的职位空缺，而是为了储备培养未来的职位空缺、新增职位的填补者，长远来看更是要从中培养出各部门管理者和技术型骨干，所以招聘要求就会按一个比较高的水平统一制订。
