我想进大企业，生产制造型的，制度健全，但是这些天下来，另我 很失望，现在很迷茫，从经历上，只接触到员工录用退工调动等劳动手续办理，年检4045申报等手续处理，考勤和薪资核对等基层工作，招聘方面没有单独操作过，仅仅是网站更新维护，电话通知面试，现场招聘收集简历。
我想找一份人事助理工作或者还是跑跑社保局人事局这样的，求资深HR，对于我这样的HR菜鸟，您是怎么看呢，如果是你，你会录用我吗?我进我理想中的企业，难吗?或许是不是我对自己的定位太过狭隘了?期待回复。。期待给点建议意见。
