我进入大学已经有一年了，现在已是进入大二的学习阶段。我对大学的英语学习有不同的体会，在对比初高中的对英语的学习之后，我觉得大学的英语有很大的不一样。如今就我大一一年的英语学习谈谈我的心得体会。
第一
一个是大学英语主要是靠自己去学习，而不是靠老师，老师主要是去引导我们，而不是什么都会带着我们。在英语课上，老师已经不会像高中那样细细的讲解每一个知识点，而是讲重点，这样的话，我们在上课之前就必须要做好预习，不然上课就听不懂老师讲的内容，再有就是老师上课是全英文的，虽然有时候会因为学生的原因而降低要求，进行双语教学，但是大部分的时间里也是以英语为主，所以对此进入大学的英语课堂，就一定要先做好英语的预习准备，不然将无法进入课堂学习。
第二
一个是大学我们学英语要重视口语，大学毕业之后是要进入社会的，那么对于英语的要求，肯定是口语要重要一些，初高中我们学英语主要是用于考试，所以口语不是很重视，主要是笔试，但是大学就不一样了，老师上课讲的是英语，那么我们在回答问题的时候也是英语，所以口语就很重要了。因此在进入大学后，对于英语口语的学习，我们可以跟同学一起合作，在课下的时候自己去写一些对话，然后两个人或者几个人一起配合练习，当练习的多了，自然就熟能生巧了，就能把口语给练习好，在与别人进行英语对话时，就不会没有语言去组织了。
第三
一个大学英语一定要去重视英语单词的积累，单词是英语的基础，没有这个基础，是很难学好的，因为单词要是没有很多，就没办法去进行语言的转化了。所以在大学，对英语单词的学习依旧不能懈怠，反而是更加重视。当单词积累的多了，不管是口语还是笔试，都不会太差，至少这个基础是在的。每天都背记一些单词，慢慢的就会积累起来了，相信到后面一定会有很大的收获的。
大学英语不难，但是也不简单，主要还是自己要去认真对待，努力的学习，这一门语言一样可以学得很好。经过了一年的英语学习，我已经收获一些学习经验，也慢慢的形成自己的学习方法，我相信在之后的学习中，我的英语会学习的更加好。

经过几个月的教育实习，越来越体会到管理的重要性，如何管理好学生，尤其是课堂上的管理，我有以下体会：
第一，管理的前提，课前老师要备学生
备学生不只是备学生的学习情况，而且要备对学生的管理，老师要事先考虑到课堂上可能出现什么情况，应该如何处理，课前老师都应该心中有数，这样上课管理学生时才能得心应手。例如，上课铃打响了，教室里仍然很乱，这种情况如何管理；学生没有按时完成作业，应该怎样去处理。个别学生捣乱，老师应该怎样制止，等等一系列的问题，老师都应该预料到，如果课前老师对这些问题早有准备，课堂上再处理这些问题，就能得心应手。
第二，管理的.关键，老师要有人格魅力
老师只有具有人格魅力才能吸引住学生，学生才会亲其师，信其道。这样课堂秩序就会不理自顺。人格魅力是自哪里呀？这就要求老师不断学习，渊博的知识才能让学生信服。同时，老师要有爱心，对待学生就像对待自己的孩子一样，让学生体会到你对他的重视，对他的关爱。同时老师要有激情、活力、亲和力，具备了以上三个方面，就成了一名魅力十足的老师。
第三，管理体现在老师的一言一行中
有句话说的好，“一句话一辈子”，老师的不经意的一句话，就有可能影响学生的一生。这就要求老师说的每话都不能对学生起负面影响，要起到积极的教育引导作用才行。要做到这一点，老师就要多思考，慎发言。多思考，就要设身处地地为学生考虑，多换位思考，从多方面综合考虑问题。慎发言，就是老师在对学生讲话时要注意，不要信口开河，胡言乱语。激励学生、教育学生的方法很多，经常与别的老师探讨，多在网上与同行探讨，多看一些有关教育管理的书籍就能掌握住这些方法。
第四．关注每一位同学是课堂管理的重要一环
每位学生都希望老师能关注自己，重视自己。所以老师就应该尽可能的关注每位学生，关注同学们的办法有很多，例如：可以用眼神扫视他，也可以走到他旁边，也可以拍一下他的肩膀，也可提问他发言，总之，只有你关注他，他才可能高度集中注意力。同时，老师才能发现这位同学的学习情况，才能了解这位学生。如果，老师只是自我陶醉地讲，并不关心学生的表情，就有学生不认真听讲，同时，老师也不能及时掌握学情。
总之，课堂教学管理的方法很多，教师要根据教学对象与课堂环境的具体情况，灵活选择运用并加以创新。只有这样，才能集中学生的注意力，逐步培养学生的自我控制能力和良好的学习习惯，达到课堂管理的目的。

我叫xxx，是四川外语专修学院旅游英语的应届毕业生。在毕业的前夕我到自贡阳光旅行社私企进行了实践，以下是我的实践报告。
正所谓“初生牛犊不怕虎”，当我抱着巨大的热情把学校得来的知识作为试金石，来投入到工作中时，却发现处处事与愿违。一些小小的生活细节，一些平平常常的琐碎小事，都可以把我整得“鼻青眼肿”。我发现，实践中的事实都不是学校中可以学到的。有些事情尽管教授们讲到过，但是要做到活学活用，却非一日之功。
后来，通过不断地探索和体会，使我慢慢地领会到，要想成为一名合格的导游员，必须首先成为一名生活服务员。在国内旅游“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”的六大要素，首先应该满足“吃”、“住”、“行”这三项。因为它们是旅行生活的三根支柱，而这些在学校中是涉及不到太多的知识点的，学校中的知识主要是在“游”的方面。于是，通过细致地观察，不断摸索和实践，更要不断地学习。学习交通知识、机型、车型、火车车次，学习星级宾馆、涉外宾馆的知识，学习各地菜肴的特色和口味，再与四川的菜肴进行比较，这样，就可以向游客进行解说，回答游客提出的相关问题。
