1、谈薪是双方的事

一般正规公司都是定岗定薪的，等双方基本意向都确定了再谈薪水也不迟，到时自己可以临场随机应变回应对方提出的薪资问题，

我从来不在简历中写薪酬要求，写低了，一怕用人单位怀疑自己的能力，二怕入职后会被用人单位无情剥削;写高了，又担心用人单位觉得自己太“高贵”，连面试的机会都得不到。
