1、养成早睡早起的习惯

我不能因为放寒假就经常熬夜第二天睡到中午，我们还是要保持我们的生物钟，做到早睡早起，毕竟早上是我们记忆力最好的时间段，我们不要把时间浪费在睡觉上，但是每天还是要保证能睡够8-9小时才行，我们利用早上起床后那一小时来背诵单词，效率会提高一些。

2、每天要听听力

3、每天写一篇作文
