听力准备要提前预热

不少刚结束考研初试的考生对这一决定表示理解和支持，但同时他们也感到了压力：复试时间提前意味着原计划用于准备复试的时间被压缩了，那么如何利用好春节前后的这段时间、更好地备战复试，成为他们最为关心的问题。

根据多年的辅导经验，杨老师总结了考研复试中同学们经常会遇到的五大问题以及他们的应对方法：

问：今年考研人数激增，复试竞争压力是否也随之加大？

答：这个应该不明显，因为压力主要存在于初试阶段。到了复试，通过率和往年相比变化不会很大。不过对于那些一边准备读研、一边准备找工作的考生，这个时候完全可以开始着手找工作了，今年经济回暖了，找工作难度会小于去年。

问：我特别担心专业课面试时导师问的偏巧是我不了解的专业内容，怎么办？

答：面试导师考查考生的角度主要有：专业知识、研究方向、毕业论文、发表论文等，因此考生的准备也应按照这几个方面有针对性地进行。

第一、专业知识。老师可能会问一些行业内的热点新闻，要求你根据自己所学的知识，来谈谈对这些热点事件的理解。考生一定要避免就事论事，也不能空谈理论，而是要将理论与实践结合起来，用理论来指导实践，或将实践总结提升为理论。

第二、研究方向。很多专业在研究生阶段对于研究方向分得非常明确，考查的内容也大相径庭，考生最好的参考就是导师的研究方向，面试的时候导师的兴趣点很可能与他的研究方向有关。因此，考生平时要多看相关专业领域的权威期刊，对所报考导师的学术观点、论文、专著应有较深的`了解。

第三、毕业论文。很多老师都会问及考生本科的毕业论文。对于跨专业考生，本科毕业论文方向的选择会反映考生在论文上的敏感和专业上的偏好，也是导师关注的重点。所以在面试前一定要好好把握毕业论文的内容，建议在本科论文和研究生专业有结合点的地方好好准备一下。

第四、发表论文及著作。有的导师在面试过程中会问考生是否有论文发表，因此有论文和著作的，最好提前复印一下当面给老师留下，没有的话，可以围绕自己对科研的设想具体讲述一下。

第五、阅读的著作。要准备这样一道题：请你介绍一本自己阅读过的专业书籍，这几乎是文科专业面试时的必考题。这是导师了解考生的一个窗口。

问：专业课的问题还好回答，就是不知道如何应对专业课之外的考核？

答：需要指出的是，对于跨专业考入的学生，要特别预备诸如“为何换专业”，“本科专业和今后的研究专业有何关联”，“本科专业对今后研究专业有何推助作用”，“自己今后研究的优势在哪里”等等诸如此类的发难式提问。对此，应本着实事求是的原则，多多从逻辑方法，思维习惯等上层角度去论证和应答，因为任何专业尽管其学科内容不尽相同，但研究问题的逻辑方法却大致可共享并普适。如问：“你本科的化学专业会对今后所研究的企业管理专业有何帮助呢？”，可回答：“四年化学学科的研习培养出自己注重条理逻辑和追究方法步骤的这一理工科思维习惯，而随着管理学等人文学科的进一步发展和研究的深入，需要相当的数据支持已是方向之一，那么严谨的理性思维便可为发散浪漫的人文体验提供理论支持和逻辑化规范。”等等诸如类似。可见，面试前，实在有必要搜集相关资料，了解该领域的研究现状乃至最新研究动向，而可以预见的是，任何学科都在走向边缘化和交叉化，这是跨学科考研学生在面试时不可不提到的一点。

另外，导师一般还会问及学生为何考入此校，以及未来打算等等。如“研究生毕业后打算如何----求职抑或深造？”，该类问题旨在探寻学生的读研目的，回答时，实事求是上策，不可伪装作纯粹为了科研所以才来此读研，完全可坦诚回答为将来更好地求职，获一满意工作等等。若导师进一步追问“打算寻觅什么样的工作”，该问题旨在考察学生的兴趣所在，内心诉求所向，所以回答时要有所考虑，本着收敛谨慎的态度。其实，直抒胸臆也无妨，因为关于未来，有太多不确定，此处露出少许破绽或不当，并无大碍，因为任何一个人，包括导师在内，都不会对诚实坦荡反感。

问：一般在复试中被淘汰都是因为什么？

答：主要是两个原因，一是专业素质方面有明显欠缺，典型的高分低能，初试时答卷背得很好，面试时连基本概念都没有。二是综合素质方面有明显欠缺，比如一个学生过了法硕专业线，但他口齿不清，逻辑思维很差，老师可能会觉得他不适合读这个专业的研究生。通常，本校学生因这种情况被调剂的可能性较少，跨专业考生和外校考生最好向参加过该学校复试的师兄姐们咨询复试过程，以便充分准备。

当然，面试也是有一定主观成分的，比如工作经验比单纯的高分学生要有优势，导师会依据个性对学生有不同方面的取舍。

问：如何才能化解紧张的现场气氛？

答：撇开学术问题，导师或许营造轻松对话氛围，让学生放松下来，就爱好，兴趣等等畅所欲言，学生也大可不必紧张，时刻提防，只要口气自然自信沉着即可，过分城府和老道反而适得其反。最后，考研复试本质上是一场面试活动，一场人与人之间的会面交流，作为学生一方，要着装得体，言谈温雅，谦虚诚恳，甚至注意手机调至振动等等细节，这些实属交往所尚之礼节，无须赘述。

最后，杨老师还建议同学们在复试时要把初试成绩放在一边，初试成绩好的不要以为自己稳操胜券了，差一点的也不要灰心，因为大家都是在一个新的起点上，最重要的是亮出自己最好的一面。只要放平心态，提前准备就一定能打赢考研最后一次战役！
