乘客担心“致歉信”补偿是白条
由于飞机机械故障，原本昨日12时55分就应该起飞的SC4696次航班，到19时还无法起飞，60余名焦急等待的旅客一怒之下，纷纷围堵在山东航空股份有限公司昆明营业部台前讨说法。
60余名乘客滞留机场7小时
17时，在山东航空股份有限公司昆明营业部台前围聚了60余名被滞留机场的乘客。
由于航班延误后，乘客们的补偿问题迟迟得不到妥善解决，一些情绪激动的乘客甚至与机场的工作人员发生了争吵。

据SC4696次航班乘客李先生介绍，他昨日购买了12时55分由昆明飞往青岛的SC4696次航班的机票，然而，当起飞时间到了，也没有见到飞机，乘坐该航班的乘客多达60余名。
当询问相关工作人员时，却被告知，飞机在青岛出了机械故障，具体什么时候能够起飞他们也不知道。
随后，乘客就被安排到西南宾馆等待具体的起飞时间。
2个多小时过去了，乘客们开始找山东航空股份有限公司昆明营业部工作人员理论，要求赔偿。
经过协商，虽然公司同意发给被延误的每位乘客一封“致歉信”，凭“致歉信”乘客可以到山东航空股份有限公司各地的营业部领取300元的补偿金。
而乘客们则担心该航空公司开的是白条，要求在昆明营业部领取补偿现金。
而另一名乘客田先生则认为，航班被延误7个多小时，按照《航班延误经济补偿指导意见》延误4小时以上、8小时以内;或者延误超过8小时以上，航空公司要对旅客进行经济补偿。
而山东航空股份有限公司只补偿300元，令人无法接受。
航空公司称已按规定补偿
就此，山东航空股份有限公司昆明营业部的工作人员张先生表示，航班延误的原因是因为飞机在青岛出现了机械故障。
事故发生后，他们已经对乘客进行了妥善安置，并按照相关的规定给予了补偿。
该工作人员表示，估计到19时30分，被延误的乘客就可以正常登机。
乘客到达终点站后，就可以凭“致歉信”到他们公司的营业部领取300元的补偿现金。
就乘客要求在昆明营业部领取补偿现金一事，张先生表示乘客要登机以后，才构成相应的补偿合同。
未登机以前，他们没有办法给予补偿。
