一、宣传活动背景:

近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,私家车逐年增长,人们迫切需要掌握小汽车驾驶技术,汽车驾驶技术是一项基本技能,而驾校则是使广大要求掌握此项技能人群的重要桥梁。一方面,政府逐渐放宽学车年龄,大学生学车热再次升起。另一方面,机动车驾驶考证即将改革,将由九选三,改为九选六,难度将会大幅增加;再次,大学生掌握此项技能不仅对自己知识面和实践能力的扩展,更是提升自己,为以后自己的求职增加一重要筹码。大学生考驾照热正悄然升起

为此南昌工程学院学生事务管理委员会外联部针对以上背景,联合江西著名驾校——蓝天驾校,并达成一致协议,对全校师生进行试驾学车推广。

二、宣传活动目标:

在宣传活动时间对蓝天驾校进行全方位的宣传,增加报名学车人数,使学员快速熟练的掌握基本驾驶技术,提升我校事务管理委员会的形象,同时通过此次活动,锻炼干部能力,全面提升干部素质。

(1) 海报宣传:

①宣传海报由上商家以赞助商的身份出现,这些海报将分别置于学校人流量大之处。

②我们可以负责将公司宣传海报贴至男女生宿舍楼中,各食堂门口,以及教学楼宣传栏。

(2) 横幅宣传:

横幅将分别挂在前往北教学桥两侧,校主干道两侧,以及我事委会门口两侧墙壁(这一宣传手段是针对全校学生)。

(3)设立专门报名学车点:

1.将蓝天驾校在我校专门的报名地点设立在学生事务管理委员会外联部,有利于方便学生的报名,服务广大学生,同时提升事委会全心全意为一切学生服务的宗旨。

(4)免费试驾试教:

1、通过我们前期的不断宣传后,为提高有意向学车同学的兴趣,由我们联系驾校,组织要求试驾的学生带至蓝天驾校进行免费试驾,激发学生报名学车的热情。

2、试驾学车结束后,我门将统一带回,并告知他们,现在报名学车将有大的优惠,可以免去一部分费用,保证他们学车将由蓝天驾校的`金牌教练进行教学,从而吸引他们报名学车。

通过一个学期的蓝天驾校的宣传活动,有成功之处,也有很多不足:

一、取得的成功之处有以下几点:

(1)、高度重视,精心部署:

对于此次驾校宣传活动,事委会与老师高度重视,及时召开了有关会议,讨论了“驾校宣传活动”实施方案,对“驾校宣传活动”活动进行了安排部署,明确了工作目标。提出以“蓝天白云,驾校江西之首”为主题,把宣传工作的中心重点放到大二大三的在校学生,达到“人人皆知,人人皆晓”。

(2)、明确任务,各负其责:

在宣传活动中,为保证宣传质量,提高宣传效果,我们对各部门进行了具体分工:一是外联部,负责对驾校的宣传,特别是让学生知道考驾照对以后毕业求职的重要性,达到“人人皆知,人人皆晓”。二是财务部与秘书处共同讨论制定此次驾校宣传活动费用各项开支,并协助外联部对学院费用的收取工作。三是宣传部很好的配合了我们外联部对蓝天驾校的宣传工作。

(3)、宣传形式多样,突出工作重点:

1、举行干部驾校宣传技巧培训会

在活动期间多次就搞好驾校宣传,提高报名人数等细则进行培训,对操作环节的重点问题进行了重点解答。对进一步推进活动进程

工作提出要求。

2、电话咨询与宣传:

在宣传活动期间,外联部与各年级班级取得了联系,并认真解答了学生对考校的各种疑惑和问题,并征询到很多宝贵意见。

二.宣传活动中存在的问题与不足

一是宣传工作经费不足,对宣传工作造成了一定影响。目前只能拿出有限的资金来支持此项活动的开展,工作开展困难,无法进行大范围、深层次的宣传推广活动。外联部和事委会各部门干部想了很多办法,在工作中大部分精力都投入到了宣传方面,但是苦于经费不足等各种原因,宣传的深度和广度还达不到预期效果。

二是没有对学生反映报名缴费手续繁琐问题做出有效的回应。宣传过程中,学生反映最多的是要求简化报名缴费程序,由于,之前事委会为最大限度的维护学生利益与蓝天驾校达成了许多协议,又由于,近两年学车的人数越来越多,报名缴费排队等问题凸显,客观上造成了报名缴费手续繁琐的问题。

三是配合协调工作有待加强。主要在于宣传上还是依靠海报条幅,以及电话宣传的思想,自己的宣传跟不上,仅限于悬挂横幅、印发宣传资料,没有新鲜别致的宣传活动和手段,影响了宣传的效果。对宣传活动不能很好的配合,各部们管理不够规范,造成后期活动宣传的混乱。另外,宣传活动涉及的其他有关部门工作上需要加强协调配合

Pop海报是目前校园内广泛应用的一种宣传形式,最初用于商业宣传,后渐渐演变成一种文化,pop海报对于丰富校园生活,展示校园文化有着非常重要的作用,而举办pop手绘海报设计大赛更能够激发同学们的创造力,陶冶艺术情操,展示个人才艺,相互切磋技艺,对于展示良好的校园文化氛围有着重要的意义。20X年是中国共产党建党九十周年,90年风雨铸就共产党丰功伟绩,90载光阴缔造岁月华章,活动围绕建党九十周年的主题进行,可使同学更深刻、更真切地领悟这九十年我党的壮美篇章。

活动以激发学生爱国爱党情怀、锻炼学生的创造能力,彰显北华学子风采为目的,以手绘海报设计的形式表达个人创意。同时活动本着丰富大学生的课余生活,增加学院间交流与合作的理念进行。通过大赛,将增进同学们对pop海报的了解与认识,将其更好地应用于生活。在建党九十周年之际,开办此活动,还可为同学们提供平台,以一种时尚的、新颖的方式去抒发爱国爱党之情。

1、加强团委宣传部的纽带作用,积极配合各方面的工作。加强与各部门及各班级的联系,积极主动的行使宣传职能。

2、改革团委宣传部内部的运行机制。让每个人的能力都得以发挥,得以提高,拥有锻炼的空间,把团委宣传部建设成一个人性化的温暖大家庭。

二、新学期主要工作

1、做好招新的准备工作,招新后以老带新,注意新老交替的适应过程,不能出现断层;

2、宣传党的最新方针,关注学生思想,以海报的形式定期宣传,并做好院党、团委给予的任务;

3、积极配合各部门、社团做好各专题月、节的活动宣传;

4、与各班级宣传委员保持紧密联系,加强交流,实行分配制度,建立舆情小组,努力开展团委宣传部的特色活动;

5、发扬创新精神,创造性的开展宣传活动,在坚持传统宣传方式的基础上,广开思路,通过多种渠道做好宣传;

6、定期召开例会,交流思想

,促进成员内部沟通与和谐,并进行定期工作总结和制定下步工作计划。

09-第一学期

1. 9月25日至10月15日 外国语学院团委学生会纳新

根据院学生会安排,宣传部部长副部长组织开展宣传部纳新工作,对09级新生宣讲宣传部的日常工作和纳新标准,通过两轮面试选拔新一级符合宣传部工作准则调理的干事。

2. 10月上旬 外语文化节系类活动――CCTV杯英语演讲大赛

宣传部负责海报设计张贴,悬挂横幅,前期宣传,场地舞台布置及其他协调工作等

3. 10月上旬 外语文化节系类活动之各类讲座

宣传部负责征文活动的海报设计张贴,悬挂横幅,对外宣传,结果公示

4. 10月中旬 校庆系列讲座

宣传部负责外国语学院讲座的海报设计张贴,讲座会场布置

5. 10月中旬 外语文化节系类活动之各类比赛

宣传部负责初赛 复赛 决赛的海报设计张贴、对外宣传

6. 10月下旬 外语文化节系类活动――外文戏剧小品大赛

宣传部负责海报设计张贴,现场协调工作

7. 11月上旬 负责橱窗的制作与张贴

宣传部负责活动宣传海报、传单的设计、张贴、散发

8. 11月 宣传部内部活动――参观三峡博物馆书画展

联合外国语学院各个班级的宣传委员,号召举办手抄报大赛。

宣传部负责海报设计张贴,布置舞台,悬挂横幅,对外宣传,迎宾工作

5. 加强与其他学院宣传部的交流与沟通,增进合作机会。

此外,宣传部预备每两周举办一次宣传部例会,部员互相交流,部长总结工作,进行表彰和批评并布置接下来一段时间内的工作任务。
